Implement of anticheat software?

  no seriously if what u say is correct, then I just don't see the point of a cheat program. How can it better a 25 or 24 as Tiffer says. 

  I agree with Steve2golf, gimme a game with some wonker using a cheat engine, and we'll see who comes out tops.

  The issue John, is the CW (slow meter one) makes it much easier to hit the ding...Nike balls and R11's + the ding, assuming the player knows how to play the wind, is a recipe for birdies..sure, you still have to putt, but much easier to make putts inside 10 feet, than 25-30 footers.

  Yup, agreed. But we do have cheating going on at the top level which i am sure disappoints everyone here.

  You give that software to someone that can putt and none of you want anything to do with them,,lol. Problem is they are not using that crap in Mp and what not. No, where they are using it is in Ready gos and top tourneys so no one can spot them using it,  simple,,period. Don't think for one minute these players are stupid, lol. I will also say they don't win every time,,,and that is on purpose, hehe.

  We have some at the Top that you don't hear a peep from. Trust me they are not as dumb as a lot of the others,,trust me, lol.

  Everyone here would love it to be untrue, but sadly it is not. Cheating is going on at the very Top Level!!

  Now the question is what is WGT going to do!

  I think if WGT could come out with something before the Open, just don't say anything, let them enter the tourney and use that crap. Then after being caught DQed for all to see.

  I think some of you would be amazed at who is using it. Lmao!

  Gerald with respect we need to be careful here.  Are yo saying they are cheating? What real proof.............................This can create witch hunts

  As for WGT doing anything I was OFFERED IN WRITING cheat software....I reported it, but said person still v much active and offered it in writing - dumb or what? Still active though and whatever said item has got credit wise is therefore outside of any guide's if they were only selling it, unlikely as that is.........I give up!

  Jim, lol. Come on now, lol. Seriously. I did not name anyone, and i have no problems, and i don't need to be careful, because i play a honest game.

  There is cheating Jim at the Top level that is the problem, no careful, no WGT needs to do something now. I will voice my opinion on this subject when i feel the need.

  Now when WGT decides to do something, which i am sure they are working on it. We will see some Heros turned into Zeros, in a hurry, Lol.

  If they could come out with anti cheat software before the Virtual Open i would be in heaven, lol.

  Gerald you know I am not necessarily disagreeing - never rule anything out any way..........I just urge caution to people as real evidence is needed.............Hopefully WGT come up with something a bit sooner rather than later ..............

  WGT has a vested interest in resolving this issue-money. Cheaters do not spend a dime on this site-they win credits. Those of you who use these cheats are in for a day of reckoning very very soon-don't say you were not warned.

  It does amaze me how some players become virtual super stars almost over night. I don't think the light bulb comes on that quickly.

  I don't know who you're talking about here but i've had my suspicions about a few players and i'm sure who you're talking about is on my list of suspects.

  Not really  ..^^^..As Your said cheaters take credits off  those that buy them so WGT haven't lost out in that scenario ?

  That's absolutely right Andy, even though they're not actually depositing money, they are still buying balls everyday and paying to enter tournaments, tournaments that WGT rake 20% from. The credits that are won are still being bought somewhere, even if it is other players that are buying them. So WGT are still indirectly making money from them.

  I am not disagreeing that players will undoubtedly improve, hell that's one of the reasons we play this game. With all due respect though, you have been shooting very good scores, but they have been on the same course over and over again in unlimited play tournaments. The player I was referring to has suddenly gone from very average to a rock star overnight in the single play tournaments, some of which are not easy. The player also has quite a few rounds under the belt, so I strange that, as Dazza said "a light bulb suddenly switched on". That's why I mentioned that it was the rate of improvement, not the improvement itself.

  I certainly did one tourney to death for yardages mainly but did OK elsewhere as well just before........Anyway no disrespect taken or anything like that.  My point, and again, no disrespect at all.is just some caution and not aimed at you.  I think you will agree (as not suggesting you doing it at all) is that this problem needs to be attacked carefully, as witch hunting seems to be generated so easily.....Just so that any one reading this understands my point full,y and without trying toot my horn more than the little it deserves, I have used RSG no wind to really map things in, and so can see why you said that (no issues this all just fun to me - I play mostly in my CC and prolly where I will remain mostly).  Back to the point yes RSG for mapping and nice side affect getting me over the line TL which was my fun as well, but also shot a 52 at Cabo June Open, did fine in the wind RSG comp, another at St As and won an RG at Beth, placed well at Oly month before in the last month..............Lost in the recent scores you would see granted, but a marked improvement for me overall all I meant......Now I can easily say that people in my CC would have seen the Bladez make a difference, the bump up in scores after I got the R11 irons and then sheer dogged determination on several courses to shoot reasonable scores, so nothing that sudden at all really to those that know - all in my own little way, no big WGT hitter but fun for me, and what I meant by marked improvement - I am not hitting any big scene. In the end I do not keep a check on who does what in anything outside my CC, and so have no clue who you are referring to and not arguing the point at all...my point is more general........It's just that some read these threads and seem to think any win they see = cheating and so urge caution to those people that's all..................I am not naive and frankly with the clouds over all this / randomness of shot to counteract talk why would I enter RGs anyway I ask myself and my decision is not to really bother as it stands! Personally missing often costs me to a greater or lesser extent and no issues with that, BUT of course I wish WGT would do something.  However, having been offered, in writing, cheat software in my messages on WGT by a WGT memeber, and reported that and seen nothing done ......well.................maybe a bigger plan being formed............
