Weird stop

Here's a close up of the final result.

It's 80% in the hole. How does this not drop?

Not my shot, by the way. Belongs to one of my CC members. I, and many others have had similar. This really needs to be addressed.

No different than a ball sitting on the fairway but hitting out of rough. I think most of us have had these putts though.

Yup.... glad i'm not the only one. Really we had a thread on this a while ago. In my opinion i guess that is the best way for them to control scoring.

Funny thing is... if i'm playing crap... i will never see that.

Only happens when i'm on a roll. Could be 6, 7 under... get to green with a nice 10 footer.

Yup....line the sucker up...hit plenty hard...and.... ^^^ that replay is what happens. Yup... no bird for me.

But..... i'm sure someone will be along to give up a reason that putt did not go in.

I just roll with the punches and go on. Maybe next time.

For me too it's when I'm on a roll, happened yesterday on Congressional #13, had just birdied 10,11 & 12 and going right for the hole at plenty of speed (in fact I thought i'd hit it too hard) then it did a handbrake stop 2ins from hole.

As Gerald said I just laughed at WGT, (same I would if a real human had cheated) and got on with it.

Cue some Shills ....

Ignore the light brown area under and to the left of the ball in your picture. This is either something to do with the way that WGT displays the shadow underneath the ball or the way they try and add a 3d effect to the hole. If you focus on the dark black ellipse shaped hole, you can see that the ball is only 40% over the edge, 60% out.

Agreed though, it is alarming the way the ball comes to such a sudden halt in the replay.

yes it may not be sitting over the hole..but the question still stands as to how it stopped so quick..looks pretty suspicious to me i got to say, just like a hundred other shots we see on here now.

There is no answer to why the ball stopped so quick. That is so blatant is not even funny. Call it like you want to.

I have killed balls at the hole and that shite happened. The ball in replay^^^^ clearly is hit hard enough to go in.

Yup..... what up with that?

Another funny thing is....always 2 inches....yup...not..3 or 4...nope... got to be 2 inches...lmao!

At least make the shite believable huh?? :)

Manipulation of the putting surface......... yup. Thieves!!!

Especially playing a ready go.... no different than stealing my wallet. What can you say?

Nothing..... but... if was in real life and stole my wallet... what you think would happen?

Edit: Figure with the clubs and balls like we have now... that's all they got...plus throw in a wtf shot or two a round... and there you go. Game is way to easy, so have to manipulate the shite. Reason a lot of the best.....gave it a rest.
