All we can say has already been said in earlier posts and we cannot be reposnsible for these third parties when advertising, but we have taken on board the lessons learned in dealing with 3rd parties that may affect our customers' experience. In the spirit of good will and positive customer care may we offer you a sleeve of balls of your choice and we hope that you continue playing golf with us here at WGT.
(Here's the usual line I've had before which basically means don't make our mistakes public even though we ignored you in private - WE HATE THAT)
