    andyson:

According to MisterWGT's profile page blogs

They shot Merion in June 2013.  But they released the full 18 it May 2014: 11 months

They shot Pebble Beach in April 2013 and it is still not released 18 months later

And according to WGT's FaceBook page they shot Bandon Dunes last November and it is still not released 11 months later.

Sounds like WGT has severe production problems.

    Well spotted as usual, Andy!

Merion should not be considered "problems" because they did it right to shoot it in the same time of the year as the USO to let it look alike to the TV coverage.

Today, we have WGT's promise to release them all before Chambers. Don't hold me for the date though - the VUSO was not mentioned. ;)

Actually I believe that blog about Pebble was made April 30th of this year not 2013.Note there is no year given on his blogs! Also note that the newer blogs are on top. So his Blog about Phil's Open win  in 2013 would not be below the Pebble blog if the Pebble blog was in 2013

Maybe you're correct, but personally, I'm not so sure WGT developers can be totally faulted. I mean, when you take into account the amount of detail that goes into these courses (and I'm not just referring to eye candy at the surface, but rather what certainly must go into what happens to your particular ball/ball brand once it hits the ground), this doesn't seem to be something you can just turn out in a weekend. Or a month. There's a ton of programming that goes into this stuff.

OTOH, if you have courses that are a total bear (my bugaboo is Oakmont -- I hatehatehate that course) and avoid playing them, of course your choices are going to more limited and maybe get bored with the ones you've got left.

    Hewsey:

All started in Oct. 2014, 6 ranked rounds between them & they're asking for more courses? Just messing with the WGT community, can't be serious.

Nothing new here, those of us that have been on wgt a while are well acquainted with the  cheese clan.  Nice to see they are alive and well :)

Thanks. Viewing all shows that the blog  about Pebble Beach  was made on April 30th 2014, almost 7 months ago. So maybe Pebble will be here soon.

I know it's depressing but you should keep playing Oakmont.  Once you learn it's nuances you'll start posting better scores.

That's why we don't need new courses urgently, it takes a long time to properly learn the ones we have now.
