For real? I know the forums are small, but not to see one positive out of how many pages.

Just because you are not happy with the set up, doesn't mean everyone feels the same.

    What set up.

Mate you have got to spin I know, but honestly this is a dreadful mess.  WGT had loads of ideas how to improve, and it comes up with a gnome on a golf site.

I would definitely caution CC Owners to not bar their members from playing.  If they want to play let them.  If they want to purchases passes or just use their free ones, let them.  Just because you are not happy with the set up, doesn't mean everyone feels the same.

I am fully dedicated to my CC and will be until I retire from WGT.  If my owner said: "Do not participate in the clash." I would respect that.If she said lets win it I would buy 200 passes if need be.

    Why?

Because my CC comes first and foremost.

A very proud member of The Peoples Club.

Caution the Owners??  Is that some kind of threat?

Nope, we have had a lot of visceral responses from the forums, but we have also received a lot of feedback from players who enjoyed it.

    WGTdbloshoe:
My suggestion is to play the event and have fun with it if you want.  If you don't want to play then, that of course is your choice.  I would definitely caution CC Owners to not bar their members from playing.

Well the CC in which I am in is no dictatorship at all.  Away from the "visceral responses" as you term it in these forums several people do not want to get involved because it's a stuff up aimed at being a rip off.  The hope is that WGT listen, and learn though.

The only entity guilty of being "visceral" in this monumental farce is WGT for not listening at all to very many great suggestions.  Making a prize a flippin gnome, on a golf site only begins to show just how visceral a visceral thing can get.

Now I assume WGT will go back, and rework having wasted months designing a gnome rather doing something half useful.

Well hope thats not a threat as it reads like it is.

I have built our club up over the last couple of years and spent loads of credits on gifts for members along with time like a lot of other clubs have.

I wouldnt stop my members from playing this clash crap but if I didnt want them to then we would put it to a vote.

Maybe all getting a bit too heated.  Surely the situation the owner of ANCC found himself in during and after the last one shows why owners may not want their CC's in these.

You got threat out of that??? Have I ever threatened anyone on here?  Ummm no.  All I am saying is that I have seen clubs eject members for something as small as missing a game invite.  I don't want to see Owners remove players because they have played in the event.

oddly enough, we have a fella who didn't get the memo and I thought hey, owner should remove them from the cc real quick like, send em a message again.  saves their credits, gets their attention, and the relationship should be one that can appreciate that move - then invite em back in real quick :)
