In the event of a tie for the 54 hole leader ... whoever is listed as officially at the top, by the scorekeepers at St. Andrews, wins the prize. Simple ... (isn't it the first person to card the score?) ... no matter ... whoever is listed as at the top at the end of play Saturday night is the winner.

Yes Don, whoever gets to that score first is regarded as top because it determines the parings for the final day, which is very important.

So if Tom Watson, Colin Montgomerie and Tiger woods are all tied at 4 under par in second place behind Justin Speith at 38 under par, then If Tom and Colin finished before Tiger  they would play together on Sunday, and Tiger plays with the next guy down on the leaderboard.

Only way Kaymer is going to be in the top 10 , is if Poldimaier gives him tips.

That guy changed his swing after winning the us open, and has never found it since.

Whatever happened to the rookie who eagled the 18 at Chambers to qualify for Open Championships?

I'll go sleeper pick - Victor Dubuisson at -11.  Short game always good bet at ST A for the pros and this guy just amazes me with some of the shots he makes look easy.  54 hole, eh let's go with DJohnson at -6.

No one knows this course like Monty. And he's striking the ball as good as he ever has.
