Here's a program I found that allows you to change the priority of programs, for example, set Firefox as RealTime priority to help smooth out the meter.

You know that  option is  available through the task manager don't you? No need to download anything.

Very sure...that's not load balancing. That's called manual intervention.

Ah yes..... your wonderful program that reduces the priority of programs that are using high resource levels.... like your browser.

Oh wait you can manually override that by telling it what programs it should not interfere with.

I fail to see the difference between your program (above) and doing it through the task manager other than you have downloaded third party software.

    Happy hitting

    thats not 3rd party software.

It's no wonder some have swing meter problems when they have NO CLUE about their computer.

I fail to see the difference other than you have downloaded third party software for something you can do in three clicks.

    Uh... ok...

Third party software refers to programs that are developed by companies other than the company that developed the computer's operating system. Therefore, any Macintosh applications that are not developed by Apple are considered third party applications. Likewise, any Windows programs developed by companies other than Microsoft are called third party programs. Since most programs are developed by companies other than Apple and Microsoft, third party applications make up the majority of software programs.
