I firmly believe that wtg does not have enough courses to play on if your going to have a game why 4 courses and 4 for only skill shots i think they should all be open for round play. if you want a skills test then pick random holes with random wind, lie , speed, ect and really test skill not the same holes everytime. open the game up wtg and give us some moore courses to play on they dont play on just 4 course in real life lol.

Do you think that if we could have all cttp courses are stroke courses we would not? Obviously there are many different limitations, whether contractual or physical that prevent us from doing so.

I would wear a dress, if I could play 18 holes at Wolf Creek.

Agreed.  For a game of this scope and sophistication, having been operating since 2008, 4 courses at this stage is laughable. Yet the apologists will come out in droves to defend WGT and ridicule any who dare to criticize

ok I understand its all about the money. Its not tigerwoods game or some other multibillon dallor web game. But isnt this site back by someone or something big. How hard would it be to open the skills courses heck 3/4 of the course is already laid out for skills test. It seems a lil lazy to me is all. This and I need to correct this WGT "sorry for all those that pointed it out," should be competing with links and tw and all the othr games out there to get to #1 spot and stay there you cant just offer 4 flavors of icecream and keep a flourishing business going. Am I wrong or what. Im not complain I love the game and will continue to play but I would like to see some new courses in the future is all. So if at all possible wgticon try to hook up your fellow players with a few more challenges. ty last post this issue

To make an eighteen hole stroke play course, WGT have to photograph every square inch of playable lie from tee to green. This is about 100,000 photos in total and takes about six months. To make a 9 hole CTTH Challenge probably requires no more than three or four photos per hole and probably only takes a few weeks. Big difference. I too would love to see more stroke play courses but I do realise that it does indeed take quite a while to produce.

I agree it takes time and money to produce the photo realistic game that WGT has offered. But is there any new course in the near future for us to play on and if not when will they have some, do they even have any planned in the future and how realistic is it that they come with them. Thats really the question here that im sure everybody is asking.

I'm not sure exactly when it is coming But Congressional Country Club, site of this years U.S. open is coming soon. Most likely it will be the front side CTTH first then the backside CTTH and the full course will open for the virtual open qualifying in May. That is how they did Oakmont last year. It may be only a few weeks until the CTTH portion of Congressional opens.

Well at tis time last year all  the stroke play courses we had were BPB and Kiawah Island. They added St. Andrews and Oakmont between the first of February and June. And many of the veterans on here can tell you that they only had the CTTH courses for a long time. I would like to see some new pin placements for Kiawah Island. Until just recently that was on the road map for things to come. It's not o there now a far a I could see the last time I checked it.
