Quit wanting things

  I sit and read the forums3 to 4 times a week. Everyone is wanting this and that. Sure, we all have great ideas to make the game more interesting. But, with this update and that update that WGT tries to give us, we now have more problems playing the game. When, I first started playing, we could play a complete alt. game with no problems. Now ur lucky to be able to either get off the 1st tee without 3-6 disconnects or finish the game with disco's.. There you go everyone is mad about Blue screens, white screens, not being to connect back to the game. I am not defending WGt, but I am saying , people give them a chance to fix what we have at the moment, so we can play the game without all the problems. Then ,maybe WGt can give us some new courses and some of the things we want to do for the Country Clubs tournaments etc. There are some out there whose gonna jump on this and tell me, I don't know what i am talking about. that fine go ahead. But there are a lot of older players on here who know what i am talking about. We used to be able to play the games with no problems. GIVEM a chance to fix the problems without all the Bitching

  everything you just said has been going on for months/years......not days/weeks...... TOPGOLF has seemed to make it worse since they got their hands on it........ soooooooo......how long do we need to wait????????

   

  p.s.    just seen they started a 330 sec add before T off....... whats your take on that????????

  I sit for 330 secs to find out everyone quit....

  JM, I have an add blocker that stops those adds, so i haven't seen and add in quite sometimes. really nice not to have to sit thru them. They are a pain in the BUTT. lol 

  By the way i use ADDBlocker Plus, works really good

  Alot of the problems really started the last year or so. But, never like it has been lately. Maybe, with the new ownership , Trugolf and Wgt  as 1 company can get things fixed. we'll just have to wait and see.

  I don't know whats to happen, whats it been a month now since they merged. we cannot expect to get it fixed overnite, would be great though. gets to be a pain trying to play and alt. game.

  The one thing i can say for sure is before a game no one should have to sit through a 5 and a half minute add.

  No-one has to sit through ANY ads, I haven't seen an ad on this site for over 3 years.

  Get adblock added to your browser or use Maxthon browser which comes with Adblock Plus.

  Your perception is that the game has got worse since Topgolf came along, my experience is that it is no better or worse.

  The game is a bit f*cked up, we can agree on that.

  The funny thing is, almost all of the new " features" and equipment, and their resulting "bugs" had nothing to do with what people asked for, just what WGT wanted to cram down our throats. It has always been this way, and is not likely to change.  I remember suggesting they survey their customer base, to see what the players thought would most improve their gaming experience. The results of that survey were never released,  or acted on I would imagine, otherwise, there would be no reason for secrecy. If such a survey were taken today, I'm sure the # 1 response would be to fix the disconnection problems, but, I'm beginning to believe WGT is incapable of fixing those issues, or they would have by now, which is a really sad state of affairs.
