I would agree with you on  GIVEM a chance.......if this was there 1st year, maybe even the 2nd, but 7-8 years this game should run as smooth as silk (unless your browser is messing up)

They should have the course program down to a fine art , there should be IMO twice as many full playable courses.

The only explanation I have is they (WGT) has such a high turn over that the new programmers are starting from scratch and they have no idea what to do.

It use to be a very very fun game 5 years ago, but it has slowly went down hill, look at the players that have slowly quit playing as much as they use to, to where they now no longer play.

I luckily found another site to take my addiction to. I stick around just out of habit, and this year I think it will be a lot easier for people to walk away with no new course for the Open to look forward to.

I just feel sorry for the new players that will spend lots of money only to find out this lesson the hard way,

I would like to suggest that the Club Owners begin to form a WGT Payers Union. An organized effort by many long time players will be powerful and get a plan rolling to address the system stability issues. Three times last night and once tonight the page loads are so slow the players quit before the first ball is teed up. When we complain as individuals not much is going to happen. Maybe there are players who are programmers or internet professionals that could help with a solution. I would like to hear from the club owners.

Have you heard from your own, yet?

A players union?...makes me think of Jimmy Hoffa; not implying wgt had anything to do with it, but Icon has been known to take drastic action when pushed...just sayin'

I sit and read the forums3 to 4 times a week. Everyone is wanting this and that. Sure, we all have great ideas to make the game more interesting. But, with this update and that update that WGT tries to give us, we now have more problems playing the game. When, I first started playing, we could play a complete alt. game with no problems. Now ur lucky to be able to either get off the 1st tee without 3-6 disconnects or finish the game with disco's.. There you go everyone is mad about Blue screens, white screens, not being to connect back to the game. I am not defending WGt, but I am saying , people give them a chance to fix what we have at the moment, so we can play the game without all the problems. Then ,maybe WGt can give us some new courses and some of the things we want to do for the Country Clubs tournaments etc. There are some out there whose gonna jump on this and tell me, I don't know what i am talking about. that fine go ahead. But there are a lot of older players on here who know what i am talking about. We used to be able to play the games with no problems. GIVEM a chance to fix the problems without all the Bitching

I just posted something similar. Agree wholeheartedly. This game has come a long way with many positive changes since 2006 and the constant forum bitching accomplishes little.

    You have my vote, sir.

Wow hit the nail right on the head, they do get their techs right out of school and once they start to learn even more and get experience , they start to look for higher paying jobs. nothing more then a revolving door effect.

IN the 6 years i have been playing this game it is at its worse. 2 years ago i quit playing match play and alt games due to the problems when i was a legend, and for 2 years now they are still complaining about the same issues. Very rarely do i have a problem with ctth or ranked games and that is all i have played in the last 2 years.
