Congressional has been confirmed as a stroke play course. My guess is it will be here by the end of April.

    Right on, bro!!

That's a peculiar thing to say, since according to your score history, since you joined ... on Friday ... you haven't played half of Bethpage or St. Andrew's, and you have never stepped foot on Oakmont.

Or is "Bro" how you address your other self?

Sounds like we need a minimum Level (as measure of play/experience) before one should be allowed to post in this area.

Only level 50+ has enough on-course time to talk about course needs?

P.S.  My two cents worth: Fewer courses, well done is indeed better.  Also don't duplicate course styles.  (e.g. We have St. Andrews - we don't need another links style course).

Well, I am now level 61 now and I still think we could really use some additional stroke hole courses to play. I don't think a players level has anything to do with commenting on that either.

Amen. There aren't that many full-length courses, but the ones we have and the ones we are supposed to have in the future are really top-notch. The same reason they are chosen by the USGA or the R&A. Now, what about the European Tour???

As for the British Open, there has been no hint from WGT or the R&A whether we will get Royal St. George's this year. If we do, I hope that doesn't disappoint you because it's another one of those links courses...

Of course you are right, it's just that *sigh* we have some goon raiding the forums to complain over and over again about the lack of courses. According to his score history he has just joined WGT the same day and has never even played the courses. It is really a multiple account player hiding under various aliases to piss and moan. It is truly tiresome.

Obviously, when it comes to legitimate players at whatever level, the wish for more courses is valid and everyone agrees that more stroke play courses ... more excellent stroke play courses ... will be a great thing.

What is "tiresome" about a legitimate complaint that 4 stroke play courses is boring and unacceptable? Its a wonderful game to be sure, but WGT needs to add courses and varied pin placements to keep the average player interested. And by "average player", I don't mean the rabid, WGT defending forum attack squad members (you know who you are)
