Agreed ... didnt like the course because of its difficulty ... but still played because of its difficulty !!!!

please take this back, it's defemation of character and according to WGT rules is not allowed. I am not trolling you, didn't even mention you... just wrote a point that the top players aren't normally posting in the forums. lol - have we even played before man? Later peeps.

In fairness to AB (and if you read all these posts, we agree not to see eye to eye), everyone has gone off at a tangent. Anyone who complains about Oakmont like I did has used the wrong Forum Thread. This is about a petition nothing more. I have looked through this thread and I come up with 30 odd members wanting Oakmont back.

In fairness to AB and his original post.

Would all those following this who want Oakmont back just help him out. I imagine he need s a little.

Just respond to this comment by doing what he asked in the beginning. If and only if you want Oakmont back please reply with your initials and a small positive comment for him.

He will then have just a list of members who also agree with with him. No nasties no againsts, just support of the original post.

He wanted a petition and some said yay and some nay.

I said hate it going and the only people I have ever seen who disliked it the ones that frankly, for whatever, are not very good. You did say it gets boring playing what is here, and that's a statement always hard to understand for me when it's from players who have never learned what's here.

AB made a very strong opener, but it was not a courtroom sworn affidavit either..........

At the end of the day AB comes from the very good player camp, and you come from the really jolly but not very good red tee camp. Both enjoy things in your own way, and both feel strongly...Fine, end of:)
