Could 55 be the cut line this year?

  Stop having the same people winning thousands of credits each month. By these people having unlimited amounts of top balls to use they will be able to spend all day getting that perfect score. When credits dont mean anything to theses people they have no problem in using up 10 balls a day to get a extra -1 on their score.

   

  ..and do they still have that 'focus boost' option to slow down the meter? Even if you didn't need it because of top balls and clubs etc. I wonder if those w/ creds to burn use it on every shot or every shot that really counts. I wonder....

  they could of have a separate tier qualify for each tier below champion and have like the top 5 from each tier enter into the main event, bit like having the amateurs in the majors in real life. then they could of done a prize for best amateur.

  Now that's a cool idea....provides incentive for all to give it a go.

  It's always been winner, plus a lucky draw winner that takes the lot.  Maybe WGT see the qualifying prize as reward enough.  I too would like to see more prizes for the main event even if that means taking away some of the creds for qualifying.  If the cut holds out at 56 you'll probably see at least 230 making it through.  If that was the number and they cut the qualifying reward from 2000c to say 1500c, they would have a spare 115,000 creds to dish out in the main event to make it interesting for a lot more players.

  They might see more sticking with it rather than a fast WD after a bad early round to save ball hits.

   

  I'd like to see the qualifying prizes eliminated entirely and pay out a purse to the winner. Have a 1 million credit purse and pay out the top 60 and ties

  I don't think anyone uses that thing. I have enough credits myself and only tried it once or twice. It just throws you off your rhythm and has a negative effect in the end

  what's the point of that? everyone outside the tour legend tier (and some of the multi acc legends) would be without any chance in the main tournament. besides, we have the Virtual tour that is very generous to the skilled players in the lower tiers. once you reach champion most (including me) can kiss any significant winnings in those big tournaments goodbye after being very competitive in the tiers before
