Of course they are, The 6-7 rounds a day they put in have nothing to do with it.

in a tournament like the Open at St Georges, when the f**king cut line is at 58?? And this site expects me to spend my money on better equipment and entry fees when I don't have a hope in hell of qualifying for any tournaments or winning anything????

Yeah right....everything about this game is realistic...... except the scores on the leaderboard!

The answer here is pretty straight forward here. Do like most do and buy better clubs. Also, you simply do not practise or play enough. You've been a member since Feb 2008 (way over 3 years) and are still only at level 40 Pro. If you're happy with that..hey it's cool....but don't go slamming people for hitting  great scores because they've played so often that they know these courses inside out.

It's better to look for the real answer instead of getting frustrated. You need to play more....a lot more....around 5 times a day, every day, for around a year.....that should suffice....but even then that does not guarantee success.

Since you're so special how about WGT just hands you an entry on a silver platter.  Sounds a lot better than working for it huh??

rofl.....if only it worked for me like that.... but alas... I bash my balls around these courses for at least 8 hours a day, more or less every day and have done for the past 9 months. Now that I've reached the top tier I can get back into work mode and even get back on the real golf courses 2 or 3 times a week,

NB...... Bollox....you need to correct your golf stance....you're hands are way too low and you stand too close to the ball. You need to stand back more from the ball, lean your back over (straight from the waist) and stretch your arms out....and remember not to bend the legs too much. ( got this advice from my golf tutor and it's knocked 10 strokes off my handicap....now I play off 6.)

    here we go again....

The reason the cuts drop pretty low is that the best in this game are attracted to it with the view of winning the top prize of fully paid flights, top class accommodation, tickets to the open tournament , a free bar bill & a complimentary hotel prostitute.

    No cheating involved....just hard work.

    More a general reply.

I often read these comments from players cheat this cheat that or how can some one shoot these scores or unrealism scores (it goes on & on the names)

To these people have you ever tried contacting some of the guys up the ladder or some of the top guys for advice , tips , practice rounds. Most of us are more then willing to give tips & advice & if time is on our side play a round with you. I have played 3 or 4 rounds with guys today (masters & below) & were happy giving them tips..

So when you think about coming into the forums & calling every1 cheats for putting the hard work in shooting a good score you are no better of then when you called them that. If you came into the forums & asked players for advice or righting on players walls & asking for practice rounds not only will you see how these guys play & putt you also learn a large amount of information to help your game that you won`t learn anywhere else.

Putting is the key to all great scores

    Regards

I'm sure WGT are clever enough to have looked into what cheats are available and have tested them out in order to combat them...hence people wonder why perfectly hit 95 yrd shots sometimes fly 100yrds or come up way short.

The only way to get good at this game is to grind it...learn the courses, learn the clubs and learn the greens and improve your game. It takes a lot of time and a lot of patience.

    Putting is the key.

Everybody has a fair chance. Everyone started as a hack and worked up. Everyone has the same balls and clubs available too them. The only thing that may distance you from the best players on here is good judgement and practise.

Yes it is hard work. Bollie has played 2,937 ranked rounds and that doesn't count the practice rounds that he has played working on his game. And Jake has played well over 4000 rounds + any practice rounds and that is hard work. They and the other top players have spent countless hours working on the different aspects of their game until they know their game inside out. Most of us just play and don't really work on what is broke. With me it is my putting which putting it mildly is awful. And it seems the more I work on my putting the worse it gets. I work on my game as I play which is probably a mistake but like many others I am just too lazy to practice.

Also read the forums for constructive tips which many of the top players put on here. Lee Bollie and Jake have given many great tips which have helped me very much.

These guys the top 100 of WGT can shoot 58' 60's all day so if WGT chaged it to a single game qualifying event you will still lose if you dont shoot in the low 60's plain simple make birds no bogeys pars will only get you 2nd place
