Couldn't agree more, having another two selections of Golf Balls is a great addition, yes the new Titleist line is very high priced, but the Taylor Made line is in the same price range and statistically made as the Nike balls were.

Sure getting a new course would be fantastic, but we still have a great range of courses to play, and your CC has the option to create your own courses by using Course Builder's.

Bottom line Folk's, we are all still playing this great game, and if your that unhappy with the game, move on to a different one.

The Titleiest ball is an amazing ball. I've used the level 90 since it came out and it's really improved my game. I used the level 71 Nike before but as there was no direct replacement i thought i'd give the Titleists a go. Yes it's more expensive, more than double what i was using (450cr-975cr) but i'm shooting 2 or 3 shots better with it, sometimes 5 or 6!, so winning more credits in RG's. So still making a tidy profit.

Have we stumbled across a Titleist Marketing Rep?  #Dazza501   : )

That is a pretty massive swing.

The biggest difference in my rounds tend to be whether I get good heavy winds or tough heavy winds... regardless of ball choice.

Take the opening hole for the US Open Qualifier...the long par 4 with a headwind even when I try to squeeze my tee shot up the left side the green is still unreachable.  If you go to the right side of fairway it gives you a better angle, the green is still unreachable...you have to hole out for birdie so you are basically starting out with par...  With a nice tailwind or favorable sidewind that allows the ball to carry a bit you can then reach in 2 and possibly set up a reasonable birdie putt...  that one hole can have you starting one shot back...

I find it hard to believe that even a top end Titleist for 975 credits is going to pierce through those headwinds...  So, I would wager WINDS and putting have more to do with scoring compared to which hi end ball is used.  I could be wrong ...but I have watched top level players restart their rounds if they get "bad heavy winds" because they know it takes birdie  or eagle out of play and there is little point in starting out behind...

When I watched one of the open qualifier rounds on YouTube the other night, it was almost unbelievable how many good helping tailwinds the player got.  Those winds made long par 4's reachable in 2 and short par 4's reachable in 1 when played correctly.  Something that could be done with your trusty L71 Nike even!

I won't discount the ball is a better ball...  but I sense there is a little more to it than just the ball.

VUSO Qualifier is unlimited play -- why even bother playing 1 with an unreachable headwind?

    But yeah, tailwinds help.

There seems to be a highly unusual pattern of this going on!

Former barking dogs are now weeping puppies.

Are they social media "influencers" - LOL.

I've had my rabies jab thankfully.

Okay while the Titleist name coming on board might show a little stability, it doesn't do much for many of us to trust the direction of the game.

When the USGA and R&A sponsorship were announced years ago, we were promised at least two year courses from that deal and at least one more from the Tru Golf deal.   Well the true golf deal seems to be dead.   The R&A deal died after the Royal St George never to be seen again.   The USGA deal was the stable, new course pretty much annually.   I was really looking forward to Shinnecock Hills and Winged Foot over the next two years, courses I have played in real golf.    But no instead of Shinnecock we get a combination of a bunch of old worn out holes that we have played a thousand times.    We will get new tees at Pebble Beach next year but I don't think we will see Winged Foot.

The most distressing thing to me is that WGT never communicates anything.   No hey we're really sorry but there was a snafu in getting the USGA to talk Shinnecock Hills into letting us film there, anything that would actually let your customer base know that you are trying, but silence is all we get.

Been on here since 2009, not sure how much longer.

Sorry but not buying that bridge you`re selling . The ball has only been in the pro shop for 9 days now so cant see it making that much of a difference in your game .

Maybe if you post this in the ball review section of the pro shop it may help the ball sell . In all honesty you sound like a wgt. employee trying to boost ball sales . Since you have very good stats I doubt very seriously that the ball is making that much of a difference for you .

I tend to shoot 58/59 on a decent round. I've been shooting a few 56/57's and even had a 52 & a 53 this past week. The simple fact is that i'm hitting more dings on long irons and long putts. You can believe what you want. All i'm saying is, it's a good ball and it's helping me shoot better scores.
