  Looking back..the guy a loon obviously, could've blinded someone.

  I can tell you from personal experience that there have to be exceptions. I shot the rounds of my life and won a TP tourney back in 2015. Actually finished 2nd but the guy in 1st disappeared from the leaderboard. I didn't understand it at the time, but I guess he got busted as a multi?

  Still just a Legend because I quit the game for over two years and only recently came back.

  YOU... point out ANY player who is not an obvious restart to ANY of the 10 ppl I have in mind to confer with...
