   I received one on wed. July 13 at 12.30 pm est. I've logged on a time or two thur. July 14 and the offer hasnt shown up. One day/ one time offer?

  Got logged off when I went for a beer. Logged back on, and low and behold, a DOVE video and another free ball.

  Not sure what is happening, but I will keep taking them.
