Since the update, some serious problems have arisen.  One of my cc members was locked out of the game.  After 4 or 5 emails to customer support, they sent him a new password, for him to continue to play.  Heres the problem, his player name is one number and 3 letters, but when he tries to log on, it says that he cant because his user name needs to be between 4 and 18 letters long.  His name fits the criteria, and hes used this name  since April of this year, why now doesnt it work.  He isnt getting much more help from c/s, is there anything you can do to save his account. He would have written you directly, but he cant log in to the forums either.  Ive sent you a friend request, as i have copies of his emails, etc. and if u could message me i can give you his info, so that you can contact him yourself.  You seem like your able to get things done, and as I see it, you are his last hope.  PLEASE RESPOND TO ME, as he is a great asset to our club, and a very strong player of the game.He is at the legend tier and has spent enough money, on here to warrant some help. to be able to continue playing.  Merry Christmas, to you and yours.          Luckystar5

No, don't use that, you don't get responses.

Members@worldgolftour is where you get results.

I ran into this problem several times, and Customer support helped me each time. They reset everything for me, keep contacting CS.

For me, the web form was more effective (but not much). As a starter, you get a mail with a case no. for further reference concerning the matter.

    Same for me.

Each time I contacted them through the form, I got a response in less than 24 hours and followup if needed.

WGT_Champion already said that that's an unmonitored address. That's why it's not much more effective than taking solid advice. Suit yourself.

Regardless of where it goes, it's not handled as efficiently as a direct request, WGT has already confirmed that.
