    Well, I guess I don't possess your creative reading skills because I've read that thread before now and have reread it a few times since. I don't see anywhere that WGTChampion says sending an email is more efficient than using the contact form. 

    Indeed, in that thread, the word "form" does not even appear. All WGTChampion says, is (a) that members@ wgt.com is unmoderated, and (b) for the player to send an email to members@worldgolftour.com. 

    He doesn't mention the form. He doesn't mention efficiency. And he makes no comparison between the two (i.e. using the form or sending an email).

    Can you explain why so many of us get prompt and efficient and effective response by using the form?  I have the emails to prove it, if you are interested.

    Anyway, each of us can do what we think works.  I always go with "If it ain't broke", don't fix it" and if one method has worked everytime, keep using it.

    BTW - YJ gives great advice on many, many posts on these forums so this is not about him.  I think there are just different opinions about this.

    Now where is that graphic about a dead horse??

    Yes. It did start working today!
    I did not do anything different, but noticed it when I first played a few hours ago.

    Hey guys, so sorry to have stirred a sh-- pot!  Bottom line here is that we have tried every avenue that we knew existed, and alas to no avail.  Nothing has been done to save my team mates account, and like i said in my original post,  WGT Champion, was our last hope.  No body has been able, or willing to straiten out his problem.  Even Champ hasnt responded, to at least say that he cant help.  What i have learned from this is, if they dont want to help you, it doesnt matter who you contact, it just wont happen.

    In the midst of that rabbit trail (that I helped create.... apologies), I asked if the person is a PC player or mobile. I may have missed the response.

    If the person is a PC player, have they tried different browsers? Have they tried logging on with a different computer?

    If mobile, have they deleted the app and reinstalled it?

    I'm thinking that the problem might be an input error. If it's a PC, maybe it's not properly reading the correct key that's being entered.

    Im sorry Robert, I didnt answer you, as we are so extremely fed up with things.  He plays mobile, and yes we tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck there.  WE tried on pc, 3 different browsers, again no luck.  He gave me the password, I tried on my pc, and tablet, nothing.I suggested he write and request a new user name, would have been the simplest solution, but c/s never even responded to that idea.

    Also, he cannot log into the forums to ask for more help, this is why Im on here trying. He just keeps getting the same message,  improper user name.

    You've certainly tried everything that I could think of. WGT is going to have to do more than they've done so far. The problem definitely sounds like it's on their end.

    That has to be extremely frustrating.
