I guess everyone has a different experience.  I have never failed to get a response from the form - I guess it is because I am so good looking..............;)

    DoctorLarry:

I've also always used that form and have received a response every time. And the response back has come from members@worldgolftour.com.

Regardless, whether one sends it using the form or using your own email, it's going to the same place. Neither is more efficient. It's the same thing.

Ok, here is the deal :   he has had responses from each of his emails, with case numbers assigned to each one.  C/s keeps resetting his password, telling him that all is fixed.  Then when he tries to sign in, he cannot, but not because of his password, but because his 4 letter user name doesn't fit the criteria, which is, stated by them,  needs to be ,4 to 18 letters and or numbers in length.  Whats even crazier, is that he has used this user name since April, with no problems, until now.  Its not the password, as they keep resetting it.   A red flag keeps popping up saying,   " improper user name"   He has even suggested that they assign him a new user name, but then they just reset his password again, stating the issue is resolved.  Totally unbelievable !

If he's a PC player, has he tried different browsers?

If he's a mobile player, has he tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

For me, the web form was more effective (but not much). As a starter, you get a mail with a case no. for further reference concerning the matter.

WGT_Champion already said that that's an unmonitored address. That's why it's not much more effective than taking solid advice. Suit yourself.

Can you prove your argument? Others here confirm that they get replies!
(and, an unmonitored web form comes close to sabotage, doesn't it?)

Plus, with "not much more effective" I meant to say that, in my experience, CS replies often missed substance regardless of my path of communication.

That only says members@wgt.com is unmoderated. It doesn't say it's more efficient to send an email to members@worldgolftour rather than using the contact form.

Again, it doesn't matter if one uses the contact form or uses one's email account. It's the same thing. Each method is a direct request that generates an email to
    members@worldgolftour.com.

Saying that one method is more efficient is like saying that calling a person from one's home landline phone is more efficient than calling from one's cell phone. If a person is at home (and has both a landline and cell phone available to hm/her) each is a phone call to the same number.

LOL, OK Robert, keep believing that. You might as well just call Champion full of baloney.

And FWIW, I originally pointed this out because I learned from firsthand experience. I got tired of waiting for responses using the web form and went directly to WGT via the @worldgolftour addy. Voila! A response the same day.  Do what you like.  :-)

    OK, Jim, I'll play.

Where did Champion state it's more efficient to send an email than use the form?

By the way, I've always got a response same day.

In the quote above linked to the actual post. "Real people" gives it away.
