Was -17 after 17 in the 18 hole rg at cabo and only managed to lip-in my third putt at 18 (after hitting the first try 3ft past from 14ft with lipout and the second one 16ft below with lip-out...lol!)  Somehow this green needs mad skills i suppose. I certainly havent got them...

windmill comment made me laugh at that point, thanks for that ;)

    cheers, Hans

You have to be below the hole on the 18th, 20 ft away below the hole is better than 6ft past it.. or ya big trouble. as you said.

If I put all my rounds together then I would get to thinking that one day, somebody will shoot a -12 on the front 9 at cabo. If it hasn't been done already. Bird, Eagle, Eagle, Eagle and ya -7 after 4 holes...lol... bit of luck and ya laughing

You are correct about not being behind the hole on 18.. you would have thought I'd learned that the first time. I did have a good angle and not much slope to the hole, so I was just trying to cozy it up for my par... no go..

Funny you should mention being -7 thru the first 4 holes on Cabo.. I actually did that and made the post below in another forum.. 3 eagles (I eagled the first, believe it or not) and no putts outside 2 feet...

First hole, I holed out for eagle from 177...

After a routine birdie on #2, my tee shot on the par 4 3rd comes within 2 feet of a double eagle:

And then on the par 5 4th, once again I come within a foot of a double eagle:

And this was in an RG, no less ;)

Wow.. great round, Hans!  That's why I keep playing... many eagle chances and every hole is a realistic birdie hole.. it's the ridiculous greens we have to deal with.  Never seen so many funky 6 footers on one course.  That last hole is a joke though.. I 4-putted from 7 feet the round before last...

TBF. It's nice to play the occasional 100 cr RG on there. I rarely play RGs these days (stops me spending silly cause I rarely earn from them). But I am happy to experience Cabo for 100 cr with a chance of getting some back.

That makes the TruGolf a good option to add some courses in my book. Just make them instantly available for RG please.

I have played the front 9 rg a few times. Shot 2 decent scores and won a few credits back. When they first released Cabo they said that they would be bringing out TruGolf courses every few months but with all the complaining about green fees and cartoon graphics they seem to have put Trugolf courses on the back burner. Hopefully now that they have added Cabo to the RG mix and are getting good response from them they will bring out more Trugolf courses and as you said add them to the RG mix as soon as they release them.

Fantastic CM, An Eagle on the first is great, 1st hole is the second bad green,  a 3 putt is very possible from 5ft away..lol, so chipping-in is huge.

But if you make 'em free how will WGT pay TruGolf for the new courses?

wahahaha from now on you are the master of minigolf for sure =) U putted that putt that poorly on purpose or did you know it would come back on exactly that line??

well done anyway, already nearly died in laughter at your par try when it went 4ft past the hole :-)

    Cheers, Hans
