As someone else has already pointed out, it's against forum rules to post in all caps. But even if it weren't, you shouldn't post in all caps.
First, it's like you're shouting at people. We get it. You're upset. But it's unlikely you would shout at people in-person. Or if you did, people would think it inappropriate. Well, it's inappropriate to shout at people online as well.
And second, it makes your post more difficult to read rather than easier to read.
Bottom line is this: if you want people to help, don't shout at them and also try to make it easier for them to read what you post.
