    Steve442:

IRL almost all of my shots are draws. I've been told that's a sign of a good player, it's a pity about the rest of my game.

I was coached at a very young age so I never really had a natural swing. However it's just a matter of technique. It is true that draw players tend to have an advantage. Yet I would consider it more advantageous for players who know how to execute both types and variations of draws/fades.

I can control my short irons and wedges either way. Middle low irons aren't very workable for me. My driver always draws about 3-4 yrds while coming down from peak trajectory but that's how I like it. Sucks on dog leg rights though as I can't hit a fade/cut off the tee.. only a horrific slice. lol. So I have to aim way left and simply try to kill it. haha.

Anyway, IMO, true shot shaping in this game would be the ability to change your stance (either, or) the ability to move the dot on the ball right or left, not only up or down (topspin, backspin).
