Same remark towards CC owners' options: Don't put up such subject surprisingly in the chat but start to discuss it in the forum before. In the post-chat thread (page 8) Pizza supported this point of view.
At that point I understood the importance of our contributions here being nil for the company. The CEO talked about the task of a "community manager" who will read those proposals in the forum and communicate them into the company.
He should install this function asap to avoid further frustration of active customers.
And, being put down by WGT for legit criticism, I will hold myself back from doing their customer support job anymore. IMO, they leave the customers alone, thus the customers should experience this.
