  The problem I can see with this 10 sec clock, is that you may have already waited up to 5 mins for the game. To then wait another 10 sec although not much in the scale of things would annoy me and others I guess.

  I can't see WGT doing this, after all there reason in part for an update a while ago was to speed the loading up (even though at the same time they introduced these video adverts, which as we know can last up to 30 secs) lol. Now you're asking  to slow it down, not going to happen I believe.

  Mr. "Humbug" Pizza (quoting him from the thread cited above) has all the time in the world to rethink his response to a customer's request. WGT better count on a further incarnation of this role account IMO.
