  When I came on today the offer for a free ball with $10.00 dollar purchase came to my attention. Nike lvl 75, a sleeve goes for 500 credits. So buy 2sleeves and get a free ball.Not a sleeve , just 1 ball.I dont know who comes up with the promos, but surely it could have been better than this. As a matter of fact, with the inconsiderate attitude lately. WGT should be giving the players something, other than the shaft. With the holiday weekend, why not free rental period, or play Whistler or Cabo for free, for the weekend.With a pro shop and many options , all that we are offered is a free ball?C` mon man. Surely they can do better., just sayin. Happy Swinging

  It was promised during the chat with MisterWGT. But he did say during the holiday weekend (I think), so he could have meant Christmas, cause the Thanksgiving weekend started yesterday in my book (although we don't celebrate this holiday in my country).

  Thx, looked into renting a club just now ( 2:30 PM EST )....not Free.  Maybe you are right about Christmas or maybe New Years..:)

  that "offer" was so lame it was almost insulting.
  you'd think they actually take it out from some inventory or something.

  also wasn't there suppose to be free renting this weekend?
  what happened to that? I still see rent fees when I try to rent.

  Insulting, is the word here. Especially for some of us who have spent as much as we have on here. Just a big Holiday wish from WGT, would have been better than this ludicrous offer. I had left another post, before I saw this. Sorry indeed.

  I thought Chad was talking about this weekend being the free rental weekend to guess we were wrong. As for the Black Friday deal, spend 10 bucks get a free ball, LMBO! Just cheap and in no way is a Sale or respective to the "Black Friday" brand.

  Here is an Example of how a "Big Boy" Free Online Game company does it (Press Link to see):

  The company is  Nexon (Maplestory is the link for topic) a Multi Billion dollar online gaming company that knows their crap and WGT could learn a ton just by trying some of their game and using the model they have to generate some sick income. Look at the avtars and how you can personalize them with clothes etc and the money this generates. They then give you sales on these bonus items that make you want to buy them on sale, win/win.

  So Chad and the WGT staff out there, why not have a 40-50% off all avtars sale for example, may make thouse avtar sales soar, this would get people talking and buying for sure.

   You peole just amaze me.. pissing & moaning about somthing for free.

  In spite of this "age of entitlement", WGT doesn't have to offer up ANY free stuff ... ever! People think that just because they cough up a few bucks ( by their own choice) that WGT owes us something.

   How, exactly, is the offer of a free ball insulting?

   For a $10 deposit ( a many times as you ish to do i) you get 1 ball that costs what, $1.33ish?  In my book, that's more than a 10% bonus. Granted, you may not use that particular ball ( I don't), but nobody is twisting your damned arms to take them up on the offer.
