    Insulting, is the word here.

I'm sorry you were insulted by us giving our community free product.

I will tell WGT that it's community does not want anything for free, and that if we offer something for free they will be insulted. Thanks for the feedback.

I promise to combat this and any other plagues upon our community.

Why you being such a smart bottom about it? You clearly know that they're talking about 1 ball not being worth the $10.

WGT is not required to give the community anything for free.

The fact that the community is upset at the quantity of gifts the company has given it's community this holiday season is likened to a child not happy with the iPad 2 when the iPad 3 just came out.

I would gladly take some constructive criticism about how we can improve our holiday promotions, but all I hear in these threads are "gimme gimme gimme" and to be honest, it sickens me. Our community is better than that.

YOU ARE NOT PAYING $10 FOR 1 GOLF BALL!

You are buying golf balls at regular price and then WGT IS GIVING YOU A FREE BALL.

Pizza, what happened to stay classy lol. Just kidding around but really the most frustrated post I have seen you post, not that I have read them all.

I personally was talking about the fact that getting something for free is not a bad thing, but thought we were getting a free equipment weekend and if you read my earlier post in this thread , I was trying to say a great thing to do with what WGT has would have been a buy a avtar for 25%, 30% shoot 50% or what have you as an idea. Right now options on site are very limited but as a representitive of WGT you may not want to be saying "Sure I will bring back the feed back to the company, they want no more freebies" as this make no sense but understand the frustration!

I have to agree with WGTpizza here. WGT are under no obligation to provide anything for free, and this promotion is a bonus. However can you clarify that it is 1 free ball for every $10 credits purchased, or to receive more than 1 ball, you would have to do the credit purchases separately? Just wondered - I got an email saying I had received a bonus ball (0) and zero is what I received lol.

However and I have mentioned this several times, would WGT consider introducing a loyalty program of some description in the future?

They should want a better deal. We may ask for some gimmies but we should especially when a 240 3 wood can go 224 in a tail wind but only when water is on play. So are we the blame for that? Or how about if i spend 350 to rent a club don't wgt think that 350 should be taken off that club or set if you decide to purchase it? More clubs sold=more money and isn't that what yall want?  Oh wait i just answered my question to why you don't count that towards the price lmao i'm so classy with it.

    Thanks for responding, Alanti

As far as the promotion goes, if you email our support team we can look in to your specific situation and give you the best advice.

This is a great suggestion. It's my understanding that this was the plan for the "Nation" though I will admit it has not reached that goal, yet.

I will definitely revisit this topic come Monday :)

Wow and this response from someone who represents WGT.  If I spoke to ANY of my customers in the tone you have I would be sitting in the boss's office.  I too was more than disappointed by the buy $10 worth of credits and get a free ball.  Disgusted is the word that really describes it.

NO new courses, no new recent equipment worth anything.  Boring avatars, sandbaggers, quiters.  We as customers put up with a lot and are just expecting promotions worthy of spending credits on.

Black Friday bahahahahahahaha.  I dont want anything for free, just want some new items in the pro shop that will help the game.

If the game was not the best out there, I would not be putting up with the lack of customer support and service.

You're right - what did happen to "Stay Classy?" Our community forgot this creed as soon as the holiday promotion came out. I am disappointed, and I am human, so I'm sure you can read it in my posting.

The main difference with your analogy is that I am not talking to "customers". I am talking to our community. Our community deserves more than a brain dead cashier spewing biased praise for the company, else he be reprimanded.

I appreciate your sentiment, but I have an opinion, and I will let it be known, just as our community does.
