  If someone purchases or uses a business's products and services, aren't they considered a customer? Yes, we are a community, but that's more of a social aspect. Why the hell does WGT Nation claim to have "escalated customer service" if we aren't customers?

  Hmm....I'm confused. Clarify it for me if you will.

  this is where you dont get it Pizza ,you are NOT allowed to have an opinion ,you are only allowed to convey other people's opinions (WGT staff ,WGT players) ,you are just a messenger .

  I sure can and no its not the way you usally  post dont let the negative get to you Pizza, but seriously consider bringing  a Avtar promotion sale, "Black Friday all avtars 50% off this weekend" would be sweet or somthing like that would be great.

  In spite of this "age of entitlement", WGT doesn't have to offer up ANY free stuff ... ever! People think that just because they cough up a few bucks ( by their own choice) that WGT owes us something.

   How, exactly, is the offer of a free ball insulting?

   For a $10 deposit ( a many times as you ish to do i) you get 1 ball that costs what, $1.33ish?  In my book, that's more than a 10% bonus. Granted, you may not use that particular ball ( I don't), but nobody is twisting your damned arms to take them up on the offer.

  nobody was saying or hinting that, what some of us are saying is
  that this specific promotional offer is....shall we say.. anticlimactic?
  when we take into consideration that "black friday"
  is usually associated with big sales and crazy promotion offers.

  no need to get all worked up about it,
  and certainly no need to take it out on the customers,
  we're all still lovingly addicted to this game :)

  jeez fellas, not that i'm a WGT suck-up by any stretch of the imagination, but really, some of these posts seem like the wails of spoiled children .. 

  i am more critical than most, but one can make a point without being unduly combative or making comments draped in bitter sarcasm ..

  median age of 45-ish throughout this site yeah ? adults we are .. or should be

  i'll tellya Pizza's a better man than me when dealing with people .. i woulda lost my cool loooong ago if i were in his shoes ..
