    Udo1:

    Greetings from Bavaria guys.

I've tried lots of beers from around the world and my opinion is, drink local and avoid any beer brand from one of the big companies in the world.

A micro brewery seldom let's you down.

Exactly! I'm in Franconia, a paradise for lovers of local beer - 270 breweries like this one:

And they alone have about ten varieties...

If you have never tried a Yuengling, you have missed beer bliss. The oldest brewery in the United States, and still family owned. I used to sneak one of the these from a customers fridge in their garage, every Saturday morning on my paper route. I had my first full bottle at 10 years old. Been enjoying it for 50 years now.

I'm a beer lover,  of almost all beers.   This past summer, a neighbor of mine,  who built a small chipping green out behind our houses in a field ( super effing cool btw)  usually had an array of beers.

Well, he says,  "ever had a Yuengling"?   Nope was my reply, but heard of it from old Army buddy that was from PA.

Needless to say,  I need to make a road trip to PA for some.  :)
