So, what now?

  I've been trying to get at least one sub 32 nine a day to keep my average on the downward path (should that be upward) to Legend, yet today am putting like gravity's stopped working. Actually that's not strictly true. I'd have to be getting somewhere near the hole in the first place for Newton's discovery to work. Thought I was on for a 30 at Congressional including my third Ace and then missed two three footers on the closing holes.

  But please don't let me become one of those veteran whingers oneeyedjohn. You know the type "I hit my nine iron on the ding into a 14mph head wind with maximum backspin and it only went 108.734 yards when it should have gone 109.412. That's it I'm never playing again, What a rip off".

  Cheers Alanice, one of my favourites too. Finding it said more and more as the average gets lower.

  Anyone else having trouble today with the game freezing between shots and when one trys to change view. Happening roughly every third hole for me and is beginning to give me terminal proctalgia.

  I've cleared my cache and use Maxthon solely for WGT. OK and maybe a bit of goat porn when the Boss has gone to bed.

  YES,  but it's been going on for awhile, and it gets bad in A/S games. I have actually timed out a few times waiting for a stupid cam view to activate, at least give us a cancel button for the zoom and cam views, so we don't get stuck there. It does increase difficulty,  lol,  so maybe that's what wgt wants.

  PaulTon, not so sure about the kids, though they do show a lot of NILFs - nanny I'd like to f***. Apparently our own Wayne Rooney is a big fan.

  BubbaCrusher007, Little Bo Peep and her lost sheep eh? They do have some inter species stuff with goats and sheep but the kinky sh*t is a bit too strong for me.

  After a 48 hour hiatus when the game has been virtually unplayable here in the Tropic of Wye, due to game freezing, all is back to normal. ie I'm still putting with a stick of limp celery. It's one of the real concerns I have as I progress (very slowly) towards Legend. Upgrading my Driver to the TM SLDR, my wedges to ATVs and using proper balls (rather than WGTs) won't help the business end of the game one iota.

  I know exactly where your coming from Graham m8, and guess what ? it gets slower as you get closer....

  Seriously, now is the best time to learn the courses and maybe teeing off with your 3 iron to get used to your landing areas you'll be hitting from the tips, forget the average thing and just let that happen ;-)

  If you are serious about getting the ATV wedges, I would suggest getting the 100 yd one now, and learn that as you go, or the similar Cleveland one.

  The funny thing is, people still call this game free, and to get anywhere good on it you have to pay to get there. So my question is, how is it free if you have to pay to get where you want? Makes no sense to me that people keep saying this site is free.

  You don't go to a car dealership and say the car is free, and then you pay for it, right? Same goes for this site.
