  And also reading through some of the forums over at PP, it sounds like you download or buy the DVD/CD and pay a monthly or yearly subscription to participate in online play.

  Comment on the "new  Calls "I'm a hacker and a whacker basically but the Callaway's are the best ball  I can afford @ 250 / to keep my game somewhat respectable  but only with as many free credits as I can get to offset the price otherwise I use cheaper ones for practice and such. So why cant WTG roll out a early edition ball so we can try them now  to see if we want to Upgrade or stock up on the present ones or give everyone who has  Calloway a freebie to try or are they too greedy for their own good I aint buying a lot of stuff because I simply can't afford it and I m not good enough to win credits playing so I m stuck where am

  And what's this new game on he horizon? this I the first time I've heard of it what is the website address ?

  Definition of similar to a Company that thinks the definition of a new course means Par 3.

  I was trying to be glass half full earlier, but this thread should again tell WGT something is broke! I don't quite get how many times the same bus must over some one before they wake up? There is another thread called list of product suggestion's which most have zero confidence in..............

  Maybe they are just treading water to see what PP do, and then decide to pull with the cash or start investing to move forward properly.  The way they are going though makes the target weaker and weaker if PP is any good..............

  EDIT - My point being ( for clarity only) that people might be welcoming something if trust was up there, but it's not. We know why not!

  altering characteristics of  clubs/balls after they have been bought at least is near criminal if you ask me.

  How did the announcement of a new ball turn into altering what you already have?

  Just taking a wild guess (HE HE ) but I bet that the  Callaway Hex Chrome+ is the Legend ball

  The Callaway golf balls in the pro shop already have hex shape dimples.  I guess the chrome inside part is new?

  Next week, WGT is upgrading all the Callaway Tour i(s) and Callaway Tour i(z) balls to the latest Callaway HEX Chrome and Callaway Hex Chrome+ balls.

  Because the Callaway balls are so popular among top WGT players, there will be no change in price. The balls will have very similar performance and some will even unlock a level or two earlier than they do now.

  This change will not impact any of the Callaway Tour balls in player inventories, so you can stock up this weekend, or save the Callaway Tour balls as long as you want.

  However, starting Tue July 31^st, only the Callaway Chrome HEX balls will be available in the Pro Shop.

   

  So the "legend" balls will still be the same right ?

  I have been here little over a year and never have I seen WGT give a heads up on anything they do of this nature. For that I thank them.

  Remember the video payout hoopla ?? LOL
