  My father used to make me practice piano lesson for hours and hours. And when I would hit a bad note, he used to pound my on the knuckles with metal rod & call me an ugly stupid bas tard.

  What movie was that from?

  I have the only fact I need & that is a wgt employee on more than one occasion stating that the message you so correctly quote doesn't necessarily mean that the issue is on their end.
