Guy(BogieZed) and I finished up our back 9 on RSG. Overall we played pretty well but we both missed every single birdie putt we had. Right away I noticed Guy had practiced and gotten a lot more used to the UL play. He had a sniggle here and there but played super solid. His total score of 83 was 12 strokes better than Round 1. I was +2 after the first 9 and only managed a boring even par back for a 72. I tried to get something going by hitting an awesome Go For It Approach to the 15th hole. Still ended up with an easy 2 putt par. By the 18th, I was through with RSG and missing every birdie opportunity. Following are the screen shots, cards and the stats. BTW, this is the second time I've typed in my post. The first, the stupid site kicked me off just when I hit submit.

    Corwyn,

Seems like we should be set to go for sometime tomorrow morning.

Although I'm not in the tourney, I can help being a marker tonight, after 8pm Pacific Time (WGT time), if it's allowed.

I'll deem it allowed and thanks Mike for the help. Wish you could have played the whole thing but being a marker is really a big help especially on weekends.

    You're welcome Cerino.

I'd have liked to play, but I knew my weekdays would be limited...heck, even had to slow down on RG's;)

I'll load starters up this evening and go green.

    GolfingJMan:
I don't think I did any three putts this round.  I was on the fringe on #7, so I don't think that is considered a putt, am I right?

On 3 putts, I am just going to have to go on what the Stats tab shows... so if it shows a 3 putt, then that's how it has to be. Sorry!

    GolfingJMan:
By the way, I'd like to say that any prizes that I may be eligible to receive I'd like to pass on them and let anyone else receive them.

That's very generous, and open-spirited of you, JMan. Thank you! I have to say I really value honesty and integrity amongst our field. Good to see!

    GolfingJMan:
Anyway, if you look at my Back 9 scorecard it says I had one three putt on the 16th, a hole which I birdied in two shots.  Very strange.

There's a program error in the way WGT displays this. Basically, you have to click back to the 2-player card view first before selecting the Back9 individual view. If you don't, you get a repeat of the Fairways/Greens/Putts data from the Front9. (The same thing happened with oneeyedjohn's detail card shot).

    -------------

Regarding JMan's connection difficulties, I'm going have him explore alternative internet connectivity before the next round... and we will have his future rounds be with markers and only in 9s.

I'm curious, JMan, about the recording thing that shows on your screenshots. What is that for, and could that be slowing things down for you? Also, there's a calendar and date pop-up at the bottom right that seems to obscure the ball-lie grid: How can you play with that in the way?

By the way I am available right now for about 1 1/2 hours if anyone is reading this who could help out with marking my Rd 2.

I'm guessing that no-one was around at the right time, Neil...

When is your next window of opportunity? The more notice you can give the better!

If by any chance, it's between 9-4pm your time (UK) Sunday, please get in touch with MatildaIgaly, whose playing partner Dazza has suffered a family bereavement and had to put off their scheduled round. Please also post your plans in the thread.

    Thanks, Corwyn

Thank you so much for your help, Mike! (And I'll second our disappointment that you couldn't play the whole tourney!)

Congratulations, Guy! I didn't think OeJ's achievement of 11 strokes better could be beat. Wow! Just shows what some practice will do, lol.

Oh, that's tough, Cerino. That was a hell of a gutsy approach on #15 though! For some reason, RSG seems to do this to us every time we have these tourneys. It appears to be a course that should yield a lot of birdies, but somehow rarely does. I still feel that somebody in the field must be able to go low... Who will it be?

FYI: Leaderboard has been updated. Still hoping to see a number of other finishers today.
