Spend $100, buy a buttload of credits.  Your game will magically improve.

meter's same as it's always been.....well for me anyway, which is why i play a lot less as there's no point wasting balls. i choose to play only when i've absolutely nothing else to do.....ranging from cutting my toe nails to sticking pins in my butt.

play a normal round and meter is smooth as a baby's ar$e but have a decent round going and it starts jumping around like a whore in church as VEM kicks the crap out of a decent round in the form of the RPM (Rocket Propelled Swoosh Meter)

just a shame can't we be left to make our own mistakes instead of WGT stepping in and shafting our scores with their pre programmed pi$h?

    it is what is is

False advertising comes to mind, buy max balls for slower meter and the speed changes at $6 for 3 that wear out faster then the nikes and have less distance and spin seriously wtf...

Have noticed this also and wear on balls seems to be less also, will wait patiently for the wgt kiss ass's 2 say im wrong  and its me,guess you guys got all the insights aslong as your game plays perfect is all that matters huh?

I guess ya introducing some new balls soon, and keep speeding the old ones up so the new ones feel like they slower nice scam.

The meter speed changes slightly with the tempo of the song that plays when we open the game client.

This is true. I always listen just for a few seconds before I play too. That tempo is everything in terms of how smooth the game will play. Kind of like trying to type here in the forums... some days typing is smooth and easy like it should be, but most days it's a joke just trying to type a single sentence. All of which points the finger back at WGT.

    I love it!

I too have noticed how the tempo of the music in the game most definitely affects the meter.

If anyone has trouble 'swinging' to the default music that they are hearing then one solution it to mute wgt's offering and run your own music application in the background.

I'd been getting rather bored as of late with hitting continual 26's/52's so in order to spice things up a bit I've been putting the earphones on, turning the music up full blast, and playing along to some of my favourites. One look at my recent scores clearly shows how much more in tune with reality I am now.

The finale from Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture adds that bit of spice that I'd been missing............those cannons certainly make for some grandiose WTF moments .... but nothing I can't Handel.

    Really? Can't say I've noticed.
