I would like an option whereby players can choose to play with grades that are equal to or of lower grade.

As a Tour Master if I click on 'find a game' in Blitz, Alt Shot etc., if I connect to a game with, for instance a couple of Pros or Hacks there it usually results in one of them 'declining' and it just goes on and on with players of lower grades coming and going.

Obviously, they don't want to play with higher grades, but the current filtering system only allows for a choice of filtering above a level, not the other way around.

If a player, i.e, a Pro, can select  'Pro level or less', I think it would save a lot of unnecessary waiting around for games to set up.

Yep. That would be good. It's been asked for before but WGT don't seem keen. It doesn't matter so much as you move up of course.

    Thanks for the info.

Thinking about it, the whole lobby system needs an urgent overhaul.

There's too many Players being too choosy about where and who they want to play with, trying to get a game in most formats is becoming a nightmare of Players joining and then declining just as quickly, which then, in Alt Shot seems to exacerbate the problem of the Host not being able to see the 4th Player, which only leads to more frustration and waiting.

Add to that the interminable problem of loading delays and the whole game is going down the gurgler.

Some people only want to play those that they can beat, so it makes their win record look falsely good. If you get an invite from a better player you should accept, try extra hard and try to raise your game to their level rather than think, if I lose it'll change some meaningless numbers.

I'd like to see this filter but in the pro-shop. Allow me to view products from level high-to-low and vice versa.

I know this is WGT, World and all, but I would like a filter for country/flag. Tired of playing with people in Aussie or Brasil on dial up or some chit. When I am in a game with 3 other same like flags as mine, loading isn't nearly an issue.

There are also people that just play this game for fun and would like to play with peers, not players that wipe the course up with them. I can see the OP's point.

So can I. That's what I alluded to in my first post.

I mainly play for fun and I am limited as far as available time.goes, as are a lot of people..

So, it's a very serious flaw in an online, multi player game, of any persuasion, if Players struggle to get a game going in a reasonable time frame. This is a fact and is not meant to denigrate the game, which has many great aspects to it.

It would only take some relatively simple changes to the 'lobby' page to alleviate a lot of these issues, I feel.

My desire to filter in or out player levels is because "snadbaggers" can sneak into a match.  When I am paired against an amateur (for example), I immediately block them and suffer the "WGT raffle" (I call it} to the competition ending result.  It's like playing in a company Saturday scramble where 4 people on their own can't break 100, but somehow together shoot scores the PGA never sees.
