Once again I doubt it. You say that Rory smoked a 4-iron 245 yards, but that's not fully representative of what the average tour pro can do. See, Rory's one of the bigger hitters on tour, and the average driving distance on tour (amongst measured drives) is actually 287 yards;

When setting up the tees and the par score, the USGA must ensure that, under normal wind conditions, even the likes of Jim Furyk (276 yard average drive) can reach every green in relegation, albeit with difficulty. Meanwhile the reward for being a long hitter should be shorter irons to the green on par 3's and 4's and a chance of getting there in two on par 5's, not the ability to reach the green in two on par 4's where others can't.
Unfortunately, I don't think there's much that WGT can do about it now. The qualifiers have already begun using the old par 5 teeing ground, so it looks like we'll have to just play it as a par 5 disguised as a par 4.
tl;dr most players on tour don't routinely hit the ball 300 yards, therefore I can't see the 565 yard tee being used.
