I hear you....the reference I made to courses wanting to be included on WGT is from the 2012 Forbes Article. It is adding two to three new ones per year, and there’s a waiting list of 14 courses from countries such as Japan, Korea, Sweden and Brazil that want to be incorporated into the game.

It comes down to cost vs profitability, and with what I assume are diminishing players and therefore income. I think we will get one course per year, anything more is a bonus (and I exclude best of and par 3 courses).
A lot has changed since that article, but unless someone is extremely benevolent and bank rolls additional course, I cannot see courses outside of the US coming, and even local courses becoming a reality.
We can ask and hint, but do not hold your breath.
