    Hi pearljammmmer,

Please try the steps below to help with game stability.

    To clear your Browser Cache...

    1. It depends which Web Browser you have:

Chrome - click on the Wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window, select Options-Under The Hood and Clear Browsing Data

Firefox - click on Tools in the menu and then options, click on Privacy and select the Clear All Current History option

Internet Explorer - click on Tools and then Internet Options, check the Delete Browsing History on Exit option, click OK on the bottom of the screen

Safari - click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser window, then select Preferences, select Privacy, then click on Remove all Website data

    2. Restart your Web Browser

    3. Note, WGT recommends using the Chrome browser from Google for the fastest game performance and automatically updated browser plug-ins

    To clear your Flash Cache...

    1. Visit Macromedia Adobe at: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html

    2. In the Global Storage Settings Panel, change the Global Storage Settings to 100K or higher, and select the "Allow Third-Party Flash Content..." and "Store Common Flash Components..." options

    3. In the Website Privacy Settings Panel, click Delete All Sites to clear the Flash Cache

    All the Best,
    WGTShamWow

Really? Most people say it's the worst browser lately for this game.

Chrome gives a smooth meter, unfortunately it often continues long after the click. But smoothly :)

WGTShamWow, have a look at this for the disco problem:
    http://www.wgt.com/forums/t/336559.aspx

(basically a suggestion to let the opponent(s) decide to DQ/kick a player after three disconnects)

Servers are not working well and the stupid bug that crashes the game when someone clicks on player profile in game leads to a high density of profanities.

Well, I hope Sham saved this response. No better time saver than Copy and Paste.

It's the panacea, don't you know.

Yeah. I'll add my usual.  Make sure your vid card drivers are up to date. Personally, I've signed up with my manufacturer to notify me of the latest. If yours has this, it's a real boon.

The usual "clear your cache" etc. recommendations from WGT...why am I not surprised? The insinuation that the problems players have with disconnections are always on our end is really getting old. Just about everyone I play with says they have connection problems - but it's on our end, not WGT's? Quit insulting us, please. Thank you.

What WOULD be nice would be for WGT to eliminate the (apparent) three knockdown rule, so when you're been disconnected three times you're not out.

I used to be in the group that didn't have kind things to say about Chrome, but I have been playing it now for quite some time and I don't have the meter issues that I read of.  We do see disconnects, and I refuse to believe it is on my end because we skype as we play and when 3 out of 4 get the exact same message and disconnect at exactly the same time, but we manage to keep on skype....pretty much tells the story.

So I've tried all of the above 300 times, and for last month or so I have not played a single multi-player game where no one was disconnected. So,what's next, you need to clear your cache after every hole? I use Mozilla, CCleaner, run every time I try to play, my internet is 30+Mbps with 7ms Latency, and I STILL get disconnected at least once every 9 holes, as does everyone else I play with.

    ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS??????

No Wrench Icon on my latest version of Chrome!  Have you tried it lately?

3-9 hole alts, 8 different player disconnects and 1 forfeit...this is crap.
