  at the end of the day i don't think it really matters what the green speed is, the better players will adapt and still be the best, when you putt on the super fast greens it just makes the game unnatural so i wouldn't be a fan of that idea

  The problem is that you haven't made the argument that it would be a good thing. OK. Fine, it's not that bad. Or as someone else stated, it's not a terrible idea.
  
  But those are not good arguments as to why a change should be made. Changes should be made because it would make the game better. More interesting is not necessarily better. In fact, I think it would make the game more gimmicky or unnatural (as the person above states). And that would be bad (IMO).

  I give up.

  That's simply a statement of what the result will be. That's not a statement of a benefit or why the game is better because of the change.

  The suggestion reminds me of when players began complaining about the top players winning everything and always being at the top of the leaderboards . A new tier should be made just for those top players to seperate them from the rest of the field . So the Tour Legend tier was born but nothing changed . The same top players made Tour Legend and still are at the top of the leaderboards and winning everything .

  Players began to complain again about the top players winning everything and always being at the top of the leaderboards . So again WGT created another tier and the Champion tier was born . It hasnt changed anything the same top players are still at the top of the leaderboards and winning everything .

  Faster green speeds is not needed especially when it seems to be implented more to punish players who have learned how to putt well . What WGT should do is allow for players to set up ranked rounds the same way they can in country club events .

  By giving players more control over the game settings and letting them play as they want to play would be the better solution . So when you want to play ranked rounds under different settings you should be able to do so .The faster green speed settings are already availabe in country clubs as well as the other settings so making them availabe in the regular game options shouldnt be that hard .

The faster greens would  test you more than any other aspect of the game and the higher level of play should require that constant test.

  But my point is that the current green speeds already accomplish that. Making them faster will not make the game more real. Championship greens are already real enough, for lack of a better way of putting it. 

  And as an aside, there have been instances or tournaments (IRL) in which the players complained that the greens were too fast.
