US Open Qualifying Cut?

    WOOOO HOOO!!!!!

     

    Watched the final round of the open (Rory was awesome), went to the cemetery to visit pops, came back to give the Qualifier  one last try and nailed a 58!

     

    Was 12 under coming to 18, but wasn't sure if the cut line moved over the night or not-forgot to look before I teed off- so decided to try to get close on 18, 3 iron to about 20 feet and drained the bird...well..rattled in a bit:)

     

    I was pretty concerned on 9 though, for some reason a full 60 yard wedge from 60 yards slight tailwind, no back spin, only went 56 yards and I missed the putt...got to thinking, VEM, Beast, etc, etc.

     

    Had a smoke and shot -6 on the back nine!

     

    Great time to shoot my first sub 60 round:)

    What's up with this showing up Tuesday morning after hal the field has played???

    It shows up that way after you play your first round.... it doesn't really do anything anyways IIRC from last year.

    Well... For the thousands that didn't qualify for the US Open the attention turns to The Open at RSG. 

    Will my -2 be good enough?
