Earning free credits

  In the recent past ,I would spend a few hours, 3 or 4 times a week watching videos on my mobile to win free credits, ( 2 credits for each 15 to 30 second video ) . It adds up to enough credits to keep me in supply of my balls of choice . In the last few weeks though there aren't any to watch. I always get the message - Sorry , there are no available videos at this time , please try again later. What happened here ? Did you stop providing these ? I've never been able to find these on my desktop pc which is where I play this game. You shouldn't advertise free credits if there's no way to obtain them.

  You may have already done this but have you closed the app and re-opened/started again?

  And I don't remember being able to watch videos on PC since I have been here.

  I get 1000+ a day. Some times I have to reset my AD ID to achieve this.

  Can you explain a bit more? You actually stay on your device to hit the button 500 times?!?! And what do you mean by reset your AD ID?

  reset your Ad ID.

  iOS:

  Open the Settings app.Tap Privacy.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Advertising.Be sure that Limit Ad Tracking is set to Off.Tap Reset Advertising Identifier..When prompted, tap Reset Advertising Identifier. 

  Android:

  Step 1: Open Google Settings on your Android device by tapping on menu and then on Google Settings once all apps are displayed on the screen.

  Step 2: Locate and tap on the Ads menu under Services.

  Step 3: Tap on "reset advertising ID" on the new page. ...

  Step 4: Confirm the reset when the confirmation prompt is displayed.

  Under Settings, you should be able to RESET your own personal Ad ID. This usually solves any issues you may be experiencing earning free credits on the mobile app.
