While I don't put Royal Lytham in the dog track category, I do think that if WGT is only going to add 2 courses a year, we do need to lighten up on the links courses.

Right now we have St Andrews, Royal St George and soon Royal Lytham.  You can also put Kiawah into that category which leaves us with Oakmont, Congressional and Beth Page as the only non links courses.

I think I might suggest that we only put the British Open course on every other year and maybe pick the PGA course or somthing like that in the odd years which adds a little variety to the games.

Agreed.  No more links courses (though I do love them in real life) until 2015 when we get Chambers Bay for the U.S. Open.

Please, come on dont be putting no reclaimed swamp course down as a links.

We got: 3 links,3 (parkland) and 1 leatherback turtle nest of a swamp.

Drop the Open and replace with the pga and this year you would get..........?

    The pga is a right Mickey Mouse event and is ranked 4th at best in order of prestige;

The Open, the Masters, the US open and some other event no one ever remembers who won.

My opinion fwiw,They WGT should go back to the courses already on here and re-map the greens to include new pin positions.Same hole locations everytime it's blah blah blah! Just like me :)

All The British open courses need to be re-created for historical sake if nothing else. Im American, but I love the traditions of golf.

Also we need all the US open venues.

We would also request some other great course of the world like royal Melbourne composite course. I think this would be really nice on the years where were replaying a course that has already been made.

Some of the LPGA US Open courses would also fill the bill.

I would be happy though, just to see some new pins on Congressional and St George.

With all the adds WGT runs and the price of good balls and clubs, you all can't be that broke! Hell I spend a minimum of 25$ per month. While that is a drop in the bucket, am I really asking too much?

    Sorry, you can't add up.

    At the moment we have:

Only 2 links courses - StA and RSG

7 non-links courses - Bethpage, Oakmont, Kiawah, Olympic, Congressional, Cabo and Whistler.

Oh and as for suggesting that Kiawah is in the same category as a links, well thats like saying McDonalds is in 'the same category' as a 3 star Michelin restaurant

I'm siding with TarHeels on this one.  Kiawah is a sandy, flat tract on the ocean affected by ocean winds and weather.  I'd call that a links course.
