When I first start there was only a few courses.... I think, St.A was only the front nine...
How many courses do we want.... 20..... 100
Now we have heaps of cousres to play.... and more with ctth's.... If ya's don't like what Wgt has... Then Leave

Roger, I have to disagree. WGT has improved big time since I first stumbled into it years ago - at that stage it was only CTTH. Then I took a break for a couple of years before once again stumbling across it. As you say, a lot of stroke play courses have been added, however if WGT want to continue to grow, more courses need to be added. As Andysons graph shows, numbers appear to be diminishing. This means established players are leaving or playing a lot less (possibly as a result of becoming bored of the same courses) or new players are not staying or a combination of the two.
An essential part of any business plan is growth in the medium to longer term. This is why I think WGT should commit to a plan to develop at least two courses for at least the next two or three years.
WGT have produced a great game, but sadly if it stagnates it will lose more customers. Its all well and good developing more equipment but at the end of the day, the customers are wanting more courses. If WGT can keep its existing client base and lure new customers and retain them, then the game will continue to prosper, And from my eyes, a better portfolio of courses would be its drawcard.
The final thing I will say in reply, is take any company with a good product - do they just then sit back and say, well thats it, we did it, and never try to enhance it? Of course not because sure enough they would be yesterdays news with no prospect of a bright future.
