  TR, I feel the same way.  Have posted a 57 and don't really feel like flogging away too much more in search of a 56 or better.

  If others can move the line to 56 or better, more power to 'em.

  I'm sure I'll tee it up a few more times, but mainly because I just enjoy playing the course and trying to learn it.

  I don't think I will be doing any more myself either. 56 is hard to get on that course for sure.

  I just managed a 28 with a missed putt from 9 feet on the back nine so it is there for the taking.  Just so nerve racking to put up a good number on the front and back together.

  I can't imagine 90 more people going under 57.

  Someone in another thread mentioned that it should be 10 shots out of the lead like the PGA tour, I thought that was a good idea until I realized that the PGA tour cut is after the second round and has nothing to do with qualifying.

  It would be cool to let more people into the tourney.  Maybe low 156 and ties get the WGT or USGA prize but everone inside 10 shots of the lead gets to play.   Sounding a little like the liberals now, before you know it I'll want all of us to get a participation trophy too.

  Same here.  57 a couple of times and a couple that may well have been had I not had my head down knowing 56 was blown.  For me 56 sure is hard , but would be beer tent heckling safe qualifying wise.

  Like you nice to learn the course, but not gonna bust a gut over it either.

  well if you had the software these guys are using you would not even need to practice to get a 55.  The software they use does all the work for you.

  Whats up Walt, cant qualify so everyone else is using cheat software!!
