well if you had the software these guys are using you would not even need to practice to get a 55.  The software they use does all the work for you.

Halfway through the amout of time needed to qualify, so far 74th place is at 57. Think there needs to be over 80 more people to make under 56 for the cut to move. Means a average almost 3-4 people a day need to get under 57, which I have not seen. I'm trying not to count my chickens before they hatch, but it really does look like 57 will be the safe number.

I think you're right, I was thinking 56 after the first week or so of quals, but the past few weeks I've been thinking 57 is the number.

    PS-nice on the 57:)

I don't believe in unlimited tourneys walt but i had a crack at this to try the new course out and got 56 on first attempt after 12 cans of lager

I hate cheats and would never consider it but if an old drunk fart like me can do it i'm sure good players can too

I can't understand anyone shooting a 56 or 57 on this course (considered tour pro). My best score is 86. How the heck do you do it. I keep on putting back & forth. Tee to green ok except many second shots although hit the green I end up rolling to sand or off green.

    Please share your tricks.

Tou got to know your clubs, and how the ball reacts when it hits the green. This course is really a second shot course. Try putting a little bit more yardage and a tad more backspin on your shots.

Thanks for the response & tips. This course is tough & challenging. I have been watching all 4 days so far & you can tell that great pros have the same problem I have. Scores of 53/57 on WCT are incredible. Are some WGT players playing a different program that allows lower scores once you get to the green. to me it is absolutely impossible for someone to shoot 53 on such a course. Maybe as you said second shot is the key. probably putting automatically gives you 2 unless you try  a bird or eagle & you get better rewards. No one should have the capability to score better than the greatest golfers in the world. Changes should be coming!!!

If there is an advantage that some are able to get, then  we all need the same advantage. (although it should not be available at all). Very frustrating to see the posted scores. Acctually it deters players like us to even try the challenge.

Hope this can be fixed in the future & maybe create brackets.

Love WGT but this is not up & up.. Please disclose.

    Thanks

After seeing the greens in person this week. There are some holes that play WAY tougher in real life than in this game. The greens are much tougher. You cannot miss your approaches to certain points of the green or you are in trouble. In this golf game there is no where you can put it that still doesn't allow you to save par. So don't go on and call us good players cheats. You can thank wgt for that
